Applying for job vacancies at
Securi-Guard

completely, we will be unable to process

• We have a requirement to carry
out vetting to BS 7858:2006 for all potential
candidates. This has to be successfully
completed prior to any offer of employment
being made. Therefore we need all the
requested information to enable us to carry
this process out as efficiently as possible.

This form will be used for our
recruitment and selection process and our vetting procedure.
It is therefore important that the requested information is
supplied as accurately as possible as this will assist in our
selection for interview and will enable prompt completion of
the vetting procedure should you be selected following
interview.

Medical Questionairre
This is a pre-employment
medical questionnaire that will give us an idea of your health
record and previous sickness record. This form will also be
used for our recruitment purposes to ensure that we
accommodate any special needs eg: equipment that the applicant
may need to carry out the position if selected for employment
and for interview purposes. It will also give us an idea of
any time that you may need off in the near future due to any
medical requirements to enable us to consider staff levels and
coverage required.
