Meet and Greet’ - to ensure a courteous, friendly and
efficient approach to meeting and greeting visitors.
Training
Our Officers at the front line represent
both us, and our customers, which is why we invest so much in
them through training and management support.
Our in-house Skills
for Security Accredited and NOCN qualified trainers deliver
training to all personnel at our own Training Centre. This Training
Centre is also recognised by the City and Guilds as an Approved
Assessment Centre for NVQ qualifications.
The welfare of staff and protection from security
threats often demand specialist knowledge. Our security team
will be carefully trained on health and safety requirements
and the recognition of potential risks and the implications
of failure to comply with requirements. With an increasing focus
on lone worker safety, we can also provide security patrols
to monitor these areas.
They also receive extensive ‘on-site’
training to ensure they fully understand your company and any
specific requirements it may have.
In some instances the client may also require
the Security Personnel to receive First Aid and Fire Warden training.
This will be discussed with you at the initial meeting with the
client.
