24/7 Key Holding Service
Take the worry out of your home and business security with Securi-Guard`s Keyholding and Alarm Response services.

As an SIA Approved Contractor (ACS), you can be sure that if your alarm system is activated at home or at work, a fully trained and vetted Alarm Response Officer will be there quickly to deal with the incident giving you peace of mind.

On receipt of activation the Duty Controller locates the nearest Alarm Response vehicle to your premises. All vehicles are fitted with the latest Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) monitoring system, this means our nearest response vehicle will be at your premises quickly and efficiently.

A major advantage of our keyholding service is that we hold a set of keys to your premises so our Alarm Response Officers can respond immediately your alarm is activated, any time, day or night. Rather than putting yourself or your key holder at risk, one of our Officers will deal with any situation from a simple reset of your alarm system, to a potentially dangerous situation. If any locks or windows have been damaged, we will arrange for an approved locksmith or glazier to carry out any essential security repairs.

Finally, we will send you a full Alarm Response Report within one working day giving you full details of the incident.

Alarm Response to CCTV Activations
In addition to responding to alarm activations our Alarm Response Officers can respond to confirmed activations from your CCTV system. If your system is monitored remotely, for example by Securi-Guard, the Duty Controller carries out the same routine as with an alarm activation, immediately sending a Alarm Response vehicle.

The added advantage of CCTV is the Duty Controller is able to notify the Alarm Response Officer of the cause of the activation should an intruder be seen on screen.

Key Holder Escort Service
We also offer a Key Holder Escort service. This is similar to the key holding service, but if an alarm is activated, one of our Alarm Response Officers will escort you or your designated key holder around your property.

Key Holding for Void Property
With the number of empty buildings sadly on the increase Securi-Guard also offers a 24 hour Keyholding and Alarm Response service to void property.

High profile Mobile Security Patrols are also recommended to ensure void properties remain secure and to carry out regular `welfare` inspections.

As key holders, Securi-Guard Security Officers can also act as an escort to accompany contractors, agents and visitors wishing to visit the property.

Key Holding for Second Homes in Devon and Cornwall
For second homeowners we offer a Keyholding service for your property in Devon and Cornwall. Our service is unique; no longer do you need to visit your second home to check on storm damage or intrusion into the property.

Additional to this service Securi-Guard can react to requests to allow domestic service engineers, I.e. plumbers, and electricians into the property, or accept deliveries on your behalf. We can also carry our periodic security and `welfare` checks to ensure your next visit to the region is as stress free and relaxing as possible.
