Our team of highly trained Mobile Patrol Officers can make the regular inspections necessary to satisfy all the insurance requirements relating to such properties.

In their role as key holders, Securi-Guard Mobile Patrol Officers can also be on hand to escort contractors and agents requiring access to the property. If required. we can also forward post onto the relevant person/organisation.

Mobile Patrol Officers will monitor your premises 24 hours a day, ready to raise an alert and assist the emergency services if necessary, With our dedicated and professional service, you can be assured your properties are in safe hands, giving you complete peace of mind.

Void Property - Battery Powered Alarm/CCTV Systems
Securi-Guard Fire and Security provides clients with temporary battery powered CCTV/Alarm systems that are ideal for protecting void properties. These systems are monitored at our own NSI Gold Alarm Recieving Centre and responded to by our own security personnel.

Void Property - Additional Services
Our Mobile Patrol Officers undergo additional training enabling them to carry out monthly fire alarm tests, lock and unlock the void property, set and unset intruder alarm systems, and carry out random searches of personnel and/or contractors and vehicles leaving the site.

Our random Mobile Patrols also act as a high profile deterrent. Patrols can be carried out at any time during the day or night and warning boards are placed around the empty property as an additional, visible deterrent.

The team can also respond to lone worker alarm activations to check on the welfare of any lone or vulnerable workers employed on the site, i.e. maintenance personnel.
