What is Alarm Monitoring?
When an alarm system is activated a signal is sent to an Alarm Recieving Centre (ARC), where they are filtered for false activations that are neither crime related or caused by genuine intrusions or fires.

In the event of a confirmed signal the Police or other relevant emergency services will be contacted on your behalf.

ARCs provide reassurance that intruder alarms and burglar alarms are monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Alarm Monitoring for Home and Business
From our own NSI Gold Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), located in Plymouth, we can monitor the security or performance of virtually any premises or any piece of equipment, throughout Devon and Cornwall, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - then react quickly to unconfirmed/confirmed signals.

We can install and monitor the following monitoring technology:

• all types of Redcare, including GSM, Classic and Agile
• all types of CSL Dualcom, including GSM and Gradeshift Dualcom
• Emizon 21 Dual Path IP signalling
• Digital Communicator, fast format, SIA and Contact ID

CCTV and Fire Alarm Monitoring
Securi-Guard’s ARC is also NSI Gold Approved for CCTV monitoring and Fire Alarm monitoring.

Keyholding and Alarm Response
