Alarm Maintenance - Initial Enquiry
From the moment you contact Securi-Guard Fire and Security you can be assured of first class service.

We will arrange for one of our surveyors to visit your home/business and carry out a site survey and provide a detailed specification to NSI (National Security Inspectorate) standards.

Why have an Alarm Maintenance Contract?

• Peace of mind – It makes sense that your investment is in prime condition to protect your home, family and business
• NSI and Police requirement – To have your alarm system monitored by an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and alarms transmitted to the Police, an approved company must maintain your intruder alarm or burglar alarm system.
• Insurance Requirement – If you have informed your insurance company that you have an approved intruder alarm or burglar alarm system, they will require it to be regularly serviced.
• Long term cost saving - The service visits will provide the opportunity for training updates and advice as well as a security audit check to make sure the building or usage of the building has not changed since the first Risk Assessment.
• Fast Response – All of our engineers carry ‘car stock’, which will allow most intruder alarm or burglar alarm systems to be repaired on the first visit.

Alarm Maintenance - Ongoing Peace of Mind

• Basic – Provides routine maintenance and access to our call-out services, 24 hours a day.
• Standard – Provides the benefits of the basic and includes normal hours labour call-out charges.
• Comprehensive – Provides full service including call-out charges, free fitting of replacement parts for normal wear and tear and appropriate firmware upgrades on Securi-Guard installed intruder alarm and burglar alarm systems.
• Tailored – Our surveyors will work with you to design a Service and Maintenance Contract that fits your exact requirements.

Takeover and 3rd Party Systems
If your intruder alarm or burglar alarm system was not installed by Securi-Guard, you can still enjoy the benefits and peace of mind of receiving engineer support from the regional leader. Because all our engineers are trained in all types of security technology they can maintain and service systems originally supplied and installed by companies other than Securi-Guard Fire and Security.
