Fire Alarm Maintenance - Initial Enquiry
From the moment you contact Securi-Guard Fire and Security you can be assured of first class service.

We will arrange for one of our surveyors to visit your business and carry out a site survey and provide a detailed specification to NSI (National Security Inspectorate) and BAFE (British Approvals for Fire Equipment) standards.

• Basic – Provides routine maintenance and access to our call-out services, 24 hours a day.
• Standard – Provides the benefits of the basic and includes normal hours labour call-out charges.
• Comprehensive – Provides full service including call-out charges, free fitting of replacement parts for normal wear and tear and appropriate firmware upgrades on Securi-Guard installed fire alarm systems.
• Tailored – Our surveyors will work with you to design a Service and Maintenance Contract that fits your exact requirements.

Takeover and 3rd Party Systems
If your fire alarm system was not installed by Securi-Guard, you can still enjoy the benefits and peace of mind of receiving engineer support from the regional leader. Because all our engineers are trained in all types of fire technology they can maintain and service systems originally supplied and installed by companies other than Securi-Guard Fire and Security.

Ensuring appropriate service and maintenance for your fire and security systems is as important as your decision to provide them in the first place.
