Vehicle Tracking
If you manage a fleet of vehicles travelling
throughout the UK or Europe, or you supply Telematic products,
you need a GPS Vehicle Tracking service that you and your clients
can rely on.
Accreditations
Securi-Guard has been responsible for
the writing of the new "Industry Standards for SOC* Operations"
for CAT5. These standards were written in conjunction with Thatcham,
several of the major Insurance Companies, Vehicle Manufacturers,
the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) and the Home
Office Police Scientific Development Branch (HOPSDB).
Our management team have worked closely with specific teams of the UK
Law Enforcement Agencies to developed the SOC/Police Communication Link
to ensure that only confirmed vehicle 'alerts' are passed on for their
response. As a CAT5 SOC we have the ability to remotely communicate with
the vehicle once Police approval has been given, to assist in the recovery
of and aid the owner in recovering their vehicle/s.
As well as having exclusive 'direct line' access
to each of the 52 UK, Scotland and Northern Ireland Police Forces, Securi-Guard
can liase with Law Enforcement Agencies of the 31 European Countries through
the Eurowatch network,
for which Securi-Guard is the sole UK provider.

Systems Operating Centre
The Securi-Guard SOC is one of the most sophisticated,
equipped with state-of-the-art computer systems and manned by Operators
vetted to BS 7858. We also have individual membership to the International
Association of Auto Theft Investigators (IAATI).
Securi-Guard is the only ‘totally’ independent
Systems Operating Centre accredited with the CAT5 monitoring status.
Telematics
Securi-Guard does not provide any Telematics systems/products.
If you require any information on this service we will offer a solution
that could suit your needs and put you in touch with those providers
allowing you to make your own decision that will fulfil your Vehicle
Security and/or Fleet Management requirements.

A Systems Operating
Centre (sometimes known as a Secure Operating Centre) can identify
stolen vehicles, give the real time locations, and present this information
to the relevant Law Enforcement Agency. The SOC can continuously update
location information about vehicles and also diferentiate between a
particular stolen vehicle and all other vehicles.
