As Fire and Security Manager, Bob is responsible the day to day management of our team of highly motivated fire and security specialists.
Bob’s position requires him to manage and develop a professional and well established technical department, managing all day to day operations and to ensure all members of staff have a clear direction, delivering high levels of customer service.
Bob is also responsible for the department meeting, and exceeding the requirements for the NSI/BAFE and QA system and ensuring that contracts are delivered on time. These contracts include the installation, maintenance and monitoring of CCTV, fire, intruder, access control systems and fire extinguishers.
As Operations Manager, David is responsible for the day to day running of all ‘manned’ security services provided by Securi-Guard, these include manned guarding, mobile patrols, key holding and the portable iwitness CCTV/alarm system.
David’s key duties and responsibilities involve regular client meetings to ensure maximum client satisfaction, safeguarding of clients most valued assets, it’s people, buildings and information and to ensure compliance with Assignment Instructions and oversee their implementation.
He is also responsible for the conduct and monitoring of all security personnel employed and to carry out staff appraisals and to encourage further development.
As our Health and Safety Officer, Colin advises the management on the latest legal obligations, ensuring the standard of safety is up to the latest regulatory standards. He also imparts advice to others through training and discussion, as well as creating company policies that deal with Health and Safety.
He is also responsible for regulating the safety of the workplace, carrying out regular risk assessments and audits to ensure all hazards are minimized or removed.
As Personnel Officer within the company Neil is responsible for employee relations and staffing issues.
In conjunction with our management team he assists in the recruiting of the right people for all job vacancies.
As part of this recruitment process, Neil is responsible for arranging and conducting interviews and for the vetting of successful candidates. He liaises with the Training Manager to ensure new recruits receive the correct induction and training for the position held.
